Marcus Richardson is a dynamic Human Resource Manager and business leader with a unique blend of HR expertise, operational capability, and commercial acumen. Based in Australia, Marcus specialises in building high-performing teams, designing scalable HR and operational systems, and leading organisations through growth, transformation, and performance uplift.

With hands-on experience as a General Manager, Marcus has overseen multi-site operations, led sales teams, and managed P&L performance across multiple business units. He brings deep capability in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and operational optimisation—ensuring the people strategy and business strategy move in lockstep.

Marcus has successfully managed compulsory land acquisitions, delivered complex end-to-end projects within multimillion-dollar budgets, and strengthened financial outcomes through cash flow forecasting, cost control, and data-driven decision-making. His approach blends commercial insight with people-centred leadership, enabling businesses to scale sustainably while strengthening culture, capability, and customer impact.

Matthew Schott — Corporate Finance Leader | Commercial Modelling Specialist

Matthew Schott is a senior corporate finance professional with more than a decade of experience shaping some of NSW’s most significant transport and infrastructure assets. His deep expertise spans valuation, financial modelling, and commercial analysis across major assets including the Cross City Tunnel, Lane Cove Tunnel, M1, M2, M5 South-West, M7, NorthConnex, and WestConnex.

Matthew has led and supported high-value commercial transactions, overseeing asset acquisitions, capital restructures, legal settlements, and large-scale bid submissions. His work has engaged leading global advisory and investment firms such as Macquarie, UBS, and KPMG, giving him a strong understanding of complex deal environments and multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations.

At Growth Lab Consulting, Matthew brings a strategic, analytical, and outcome-focused mindset—strengthening our capability in corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, commercial due diligence, and financial modelling excellence. He adds depth and precision to client projects where financial rigour, transactional insight, and commercial clarity are critical.
