Marcus Richardson is a dynamic Human Resource Manager and business leader with a unique blend of HR expertise, operational capability, and commercial acumen. Based in Adelaide, Marcus specialises in building high-performing teams, designing scalable HR and operational systems, and leading organisations through growth, transformation, and performance uplift.
With hands-on experience as a General Manager, Marcus has overseen multi-site operations, led sales teams, and managed P&L performance across multiple business units. He brings deep capability in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and operational optimisation—ensuring the people strategy and business strategy move in lockstep.
Marcus has successfully managed compulsory land acquisitions, delivered complex end-to-end projects within multimillion-dollar budgets, and strengthened financial outcomes through cash flow forecasting, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.
